The apartment is equipped with two bedrooms with a double bed each. In the living area there are two sofas, two and three seat ones. It is suitable for two, four or up to six persons as well as a family with two or more children. A cot bed may be provided in the bedroom upon request. The apartment is located on the top floor of the building and so it has the authentic roof architecture. For those, who wish to work from home there is a writing desk available in the living area under the dome. This apartment has no terrace.

It offers an easy and quick access to all central sights in the city. The building faces the renovated and beautifully lit fountains in front of the Court House, situated in a beautiful green garden. All apartments have a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, bedroom(s) and all amenities for a pleasant stay.
When it comes to sightseeing, our guests can visit the Founders of the Bulgarian State Monument, the Shumen Plateau Nature Park, the Shumen Fortress, the Madara Rider, the first Bulgarian capitals — Pliska and Preslav, the Pliska Cyrillic Yard and other attractions around and near the city.
They can also take a walk to the beach in Varna, which is 90 km from Shumen. The nearest airport is Varna Airport and is located 74 km from the estate.

Each of our apartments is furnished with a fully-equipped kitchen that offers everything from a refrigerator, electric kettle and coffee machine, to a fully-sized stove and oven. The living area is equipped with a flat smart TV and a convertible sofa. Bedrooms have 160x200cm beds with comfortable satin cotton bed linen, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers and night lights.
All bathrooms are equipped with hairdryers, towels, toiletries and more. Irons are also provided. The property offers laundry services for an extra fee.
The building has a backyard garden for some rest and relaxation, as well as a paid parking space. There is a public parking zone on site and the price is BGN 1.00 per hour. Heating and cooling are provided by convectors.
